Frequently Asked Questions

We are in-network with the majority of major insurance companies.

Most major insurance companies do cover chiropractic care. To make sure, call the 1-800 number located on the back of your insurance card or check through your carriers online service.

A visit can range from $45 – $160 depending on the care that is prescribed. This estimate is based off a cash only patient and does not reflect insurance discounts.

At our offices we do not accept LOP’s or 3rd party payers. If you have been in an accident and choose our office to care for you, we will collect all fees from you and you can then submit the bills to the 3rd party for reimbursement.

Each location has their own hours and schedules, so be sure to check our Locations page to see the hours for Lake Jackson, West Columbia, and Bay City.

Our clinics work hard to respect every patient’s time and while we do accept walk-ins, those patients will be worked in to see the Doctors as the schedule permits.

YES! YES! YES! We are always accepting new patients and hope to get you scheduled on the same day that you call.

Our clinics do not require a referral but you need to consult your insurance to see if a referral from your primary care provider is needed for insurance to cover our services.

Our doctors do not adjust on the first visit. The first visit is a discussion of your concerns, and we take X-rays. At your second visit the doctor will go over your X-rays with you, present a treatment plan based on your wellness goals, discuss the estimated cost of your care, and then your treatment will begin.

We are passionate about educating our patients on the vast benefits of Chiropractic care and offer every patient the opportunity to hear our How to Live Well for Life presentation. This presentation helps the patient understand the care they are receiving, the benefits of Chiropractic care, and offers the opportunity to share Chiropractic with friends and family.

Our doctors are all trained as Diversified adjusters. Our doctors can adjust manually (with their hands) and with adjusting tools (activator, arthro-stim, etc.)

We are always looking for the chance to share about the lives we are changing. We love to come into businesses, clubs, organizations, schools and provide lunch while sharing our How to Live Well for Life presentation and offer complimentary spinal screenings. If you are interested in this opportunity, please call our office and ask to speak with our Practice Representative.
